One of my fondest memories is enjoying ayaca, a traditional dish that has been part of our Christmas celebrations for generations. However, after moving to Belgium, I found it challenging to find authentic Aruban food, particularly vegetarian options. This inspired me to create my own version of vegetarian ayaca, which was met with enthusiasm and praise from my family and friends.
Encouraged by their positive feedback, I decided to share my culinary creations with a broader audience.
